Rentyh is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects people who want to rent hobby equipment ("Renters") with people who have equipment to share ("Owners"). We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any rental agreement between users.

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. By listing an item, you represent that:
Rentyh charges a service fee on each transaction. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
Eligible rentals are covered by our Protection Program. Coverage is subject to terms and conditions outlined on our Protection page. Not all damages or losses may be covered.
You agree not to:
Rentyh is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us.
Any disputes between users should first be addressed through our Resolution Center. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rentyh after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
